Our blown film and blow molding masterbatch is a concentrated polyolefin masterbatch specifically designed for use in blown film and blow molded products. Using high-quality pigments, it effectively maintains the chemical stability of pigments and other additives, offering excellent color reproducibility, uniform pigment dispersion, reduced heat degradation of plastics, ease of use, and environmental friendliness.

Our color matching process:

1. We receive new masterbatch requirements from our customers.

Provide standard samples, such as molded products, standard masterbatches, or Pantone color charts.

Specify the type of coloring resin, the type of production equipment, and whether the product is for outdoor or indoor use.

Please specify any other special requirements, such as REACH regulatory requirements.

2. We produce samples based on the customer's color and requirements. Samples are typically shipped to the customer within 2-3 business days; expedited processing will be negotiated separately.

3. After the customer confirms the color and performance, we arrange mass production.
